This policy explains how Phantom Track collects, uses, and protects your information in our website and app. Phantom Track is a sports performance wearable that athletes wear on themselves — for an overview of how the product is intended to be used and what is prohibited, see our Acceptable Use Policy.
- We collect the minimum data needed to run the product (account, orders, and app telemetry you choose to sync).
- Phantom Track is a self-tracking sports wearable — only the wearer's own authenticated account can view their data. Using the device to track another person without their explicit consent is strictly prohibited under our Acceptable Use Policy.
- We don’t sell your personal data.
- We use trusted vendors (e.g., payments, email) only to provide the service.
- You can request deletion of your account data.
Phantom Track is engineered for consensual self-tracking. The hardware is worn visibly in a fitted chest-strap vest and data is only delivered to the wearer's own authenticated account in our companion app. There is no covert mode, no silent-monitoring mode, and no way for a third party to view another user's data without that user explicitly sharing it.
We will terminate accounts and, where appropriate, cooperate with law enforcement if we have a reasonable basis to believe Phantom Track is being used to surveil another person without their consent. See our Acceptable Use Policy for details.
Account: email address and authentication identifiers.
Orders: purchase details, shipping address, and fulfillment/tracking information.
App data (if you use the app): device/app diagnostics and performance metrics needed to deliver features. Exact data depends on what you enable.
Support: messages you send to us and any attachments you provide.

- Prevent fraud and secure accounts.

We share data only with service providers needed to operate Phantom Track (for example: payment processing, email delivery, shipping label providers, and hosting).
